Events of the past two years have prompted a major shift in thinking about the workplace – in the public sector as much as other parts of the national economy.

A key question in any technology choice in the future will be how smoothly it can fit within the requirements of hybrid working. This has been reinforced by a UKAuthority survey of public servants carried out for this paper.

The general view from our research is that there will be a long term move towards hybrid working, with those in appropriate roles able to split their time between home and office.
